How do Dreambaby Adhesive Mag Locks help childproof cabinets and drawers?

The locks help keep compatible cabinets and drawers closed to curious little hands. Adults can open them by placing the included magnetic key against the outside of the door or drawer, in line with the lock inside.

How are Adhesive Mag Locks installed inside cabinets?

The adhesive locks and catches attach inside compatible cabinets and drawers, with an installation template included to help position them. Follow the supplied instructions and check the fit before attaching each lock.

Are Adhesive Mag Locks visible from outside the cabinet?

No. The locks sit inside compatible cabinets and drawers, out of sight from the outside. You can help keep little hands from opening them while preserving the look of your cabinetry.

Can I temporarily deactivate the Adhesive Mag Locks?

Yes. The disengaging feature lets you leave a lock deactivated when childproofing is not needed. The lock’s indicator shows green when activated and red when deactivated.

Will the magnetic key work through my cabinet door?

The key is designed to release the lock from outside a compatible cabinet door or drawer. Cabinet thickness and construction can affect compatibility, so check the installation instructions and test the key and lock placement before attaching the adhesive pads.
