How does the colour temperature indicator work?

The easy-to-read display uses colour to help you quickly understand the temperature: red indicates too hot, blue indicates too cold and green indicates just right.

Does it measure both bath water and room temperature?

Yes. The Whale Shark Thermometer can be used to quickly check both bath water and room temperature, making it handy at bath time and beyond.

How is the thermometer powered?

It’s USB rechargeable and includes a magnetically attached USB charging cable, so there’s no need to regularly replace batteries.

How often does it update the temperature?

The thermometer rechecks the temperature every 10 seconds, helping you keep an eye on changes while preparing your child’s bath.

What should I do if the thermometer isn’t charging properly?

Occasionally, soap scum or minerals from bath water can build up on the charging contact points and affect the connection. Gently wipe the contact points with regular household vinegar to help remove any buildup, then make sure they are clean and dry before reconnecting the magnetic USB charging cable.
