What size opening does this extra-tall Liberty gate fit?

The gate stands 93 cm (36.5 in) tall and fits openings from 75–84 cm (29.5–33 in) without an extension. The included 9 cm (3.5 in) extension increases the maximum fit to 93 cm (36.5 in). Measure your opening to determine which configuration you need.

Can I make the Liberty gate wider?

Yes. Compatible extra-tall Liberty extensions are sold separately. Use a maximum of two extensions in total, with one on each side, counting the included extension. Choose extensions designed for the 93 cm (36.5 in) tall Liberty range and follow the installation instructions.

Can adults walk through the gate without removing it?

Yes. The gate has a swinging walk-through door with one-handed operation for adults, so the frame stays installed during everyday use. Close the door after passing through and check that both the upper and lower locking points are engaged.

Can I leave the gate open when I don’t need a barrier?

Yes. Swing the door fully open to engage the Smart Stay-Open feature. It will remain open until you close it. Keep the gate closed whenever children are present and access needs to be restricted.

Can I move the gate to another doorway or hallway?

Yes. The pressure-mounted gate can be removed and reinstalled in another suitable opening. Measure the new doorway, use the required mounting cups and adjust the fittings according to the instructions. Check that the frame is secure and the door closes and locks correctly before use.
