Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information where available.

Tracking Your Order

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Delivery Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order.

We are unable to change the delivery address once an order has been dispatched. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may incur additional shipping charges before they can be resent.

Authority to Leave

Some carriers may leave parcels in a safe location if no one is available to receive delivery.

If you have specific delivery instructions, please provide them during checkout where available. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels that are marked as delivered by the carrier.

Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple products, it may be shipped in separate parcels. If this occurs, you will receive tracking information for each shipment where applicable.

Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may not be available for shipment to all locations due to carrier restrictions or local regulations.

We currently ship to the destinations available during checkout. If your location is unavailable, please contact our Customer Care team for assistance.

Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Photos of the damaged product(s)

If your parcel appears to be lost, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and help resolve the issue.
