When used as a barrier or room divider, hardware-mount both ends according to the included instructions. The Brooklyn mesh gate must not be used as a fireplace barrier.

What size opening does the Brooklyn gate fit?

As a barrier, it fits openings from 85.5–375 cm (33.5–147.5 in) and stands 74 cm (29 in) tall. The usable span depends on the panel arrangement, so measure your space with the intended configuration in mind. Mounting requires at least 76 cm (30 in) of height from the floor.

Can I see my child through the mesh panels?

Yes. The soft mesh panels provide visibility through the barrier, allowing you to see your child while they play and helping them see their surroundings. Always continue adult supervision when the playpen or gate is in use.

How do adults access the playpen or pass through the gate?

A walk-through section provides one-handed adult access. It opens in both directions, with a one-way stopper when required, and includes a Smart Stay-Open feature. Close the door manually after use, check that the lock is engaged and use the EZY-Check indicator as a visual reference.
