Tee-Zed Products guarantees that for a period of 3 years from the purchase date, we will send out any required spare parts free of charge. 

The guarantee is valid for the original purchaser only, and only for products purchased directly from Dreambaby® (Tee-Zed Products) retail websites.

Proof of purchase must be provided or validated by Tee-Zed Products.

Note. This guarantee does not apply to products which have been damaged through misuse, stored incorrectly, or products purchased/obtained second-hand or via the used product market.
